I had a terrible weekend...... minus a few good things that heppened.. but, all in all.. it was terrible.. depressing, and sad..... Ill update about it later tonight.. right now im going to go unpack my suitcase.. wash clothes, and empty the dishwasher..... Buuuuut.. more updates on my awfuuuul weekend...... ooooh.. and when i do update... i want some help from my friends.. (you'll see what im talking about)....

Well, today was semi-productive..
Went to class..
Went to the bank..
Went to the tanning bed.
Went to wal-mart.. bought some gum, because im obsessive complusive, and i have to chew gum ALL the time.. Bought some toothpaste, and.... some face wash stuff:) Grande.. :)OOOOH.. and how could i forget.. i bought a funnel cake maker... :) mmhmm! :) they were good!
Im fixing to wash some clothes... and pack for birmingham.. Im going to leave tomorrow right after i get out of class..
One of my sisters wedding showers is tomorrow.. so i got to go do the whole maid of honor thing:)
OOOH yea.. im glad fantasia won american idol.. :) she was awesome.. =) I like diana too though.. But, yayyy for fantasia!!
If no more updates before memorial day.. have a wonderful one!! Ill be swimming and eatin all day!!! sweet!! well. be safe!!

Oh yea.... My mom called me and told me someone is advertising for a black and white female boston terrier back in birmingham..... Well.... if its millie, im sorry.. they arent getting her back.. they had 1 month to look for her, and look for signs the vet put up.. and they have had 3 weeks since i have had her to claim her... ALMOST 2 months.. and they r just now putting up ads... nope, sorry.. millie is mine.. so back off..

I have to go to the doctor tomorrow.. im not looking foward to it... good thing teresa is coming with me.. so i have moral support:) thanks teresa~!~ i owe u!!:) Ill have to take u out to eat when i get money.. because right now, im kinda broke, considering i just spent 65 dollars on my damn hampster.. hahaha;)
Alright, time for homework.... then, my sheets will be dry... and, im going to put them on my bed.. and go night night.. hopefully ill be able to sleep!=(

Wow.. my day was interesting.. to say the least... people.. prepare yourself before reading... you might find it funny.. although.. i didnt...
Lets give some background information....
Me, Laura Ann, a HUGE animal lover.. went to the pet store a few months after moving to Auburn.. I go to potentially buy a beta fish.. because i was like HMMPH.. they are cute, and easy pets.. Well, i come back with a hampster.. Yes.. dwarf hampster.. cutest darn thing... 1 week later... I decide the DOT is very lonely and needs a friend.. sooo.. i got purchase another female hampster named BOP... :) sooo all is well... until one day..... out pops 6 babies... than another 5... ahh! Ok.. well obviously DOT is no longer DOT.. and has turned into BOB.. and has impregnanted my lil BOP.. :) ook.. soo theres how my 13 hampsters come about...
So heres to the story:
Last night, i go into the guestroom where i have my 3 cages of hampsters set up.... i feed them, then go to sleep. So, this afternoon, i walk into the guestroom to check up on them.. and WHOA... one of my hampsters foot was caught in the cage and she was hanging there, upside down.. Sooo.. i get scared, and i get her foot out, and she is limping... obviously she broke her foot.. and, being the animal lover i am.. i called the auburn vet school... and, no one is there to fix it unless i wanted to pay a 200 dollar emergency fee.. So, i call "all creatures vet"... tell them my situation.. and they tell me to come in with the hampster, and ill pay a 20 dollar co-pay.. So, i do that... They tell me that she has to have surgery if i want her to survive because her bone was already petruding and it would cause a body infection in the next few weeks if i didnt do anything about it... They tell me is 85 dollars!! WHOOOOA.. no way i can pay 85 dollars for a hampster.. and on top of that.. the 20 dollar co-pay.. and 13 dollar pain shot they give her afterwards.. so, im like.. ill call dad...
I get really upset, and cry.... and bawl... and, mom calls me.. and she feels bad for me.. so she said she will call dad and ask if its ok for me to go through with the surgery.. Of course, at the time of moms telephone call, dad was talking to his companys attorney, so he wasnt in the best of mood... Well, so he calls me and tells me to go ahead w/ the surgery, but he wanted me to get rid of all the other hampsters... sooo.. i cry some more.. because i know i dont want to get rid of them all, i love them=( and... so i get grant to call the vet and ask if there are any other options.. So, they proceed to tell him that I can pay 15 dollars and euthanize the hampster.. (here comes the tears)... Or.. pay 15 dollars and hand the hampster over to the vet... MEANING they can go ahead w/ the surgery and find another owner for it.. So, i chose the 2nd choice.. of course..
So, Yes.. i was sad.. but, at least the hampster was going to have the surgery... and she was going to be okay. Well, i get a call at about 5:15, and they call me asking if i just wanted to come pick her up.. and keep her.. sooo of course.. i said yes... I had to pay 30 dollars though, to cover the materials they did use in surgery.. so, for the day.. the total was 65 dollars for the hampster... but, the good thing is... shes alive... and, even though she only has 3 legs.. she is my miracle hampster!! Sooo.. thats my story.. sad sad day! but, with a happy ending... :):):):)
Ok... think im a dork if you will.. but, i cant help that my heart is so big.. and, i cant see animals suffer!!
But, im taking donations to anyone who wants to help w/ my vet costs! haha j/k!

Today has been a typical Sunday.. not a lot went on... I woke up around 12..... got ready, went to subway... went to the park with millie.. then spent 90 dollars at wal mart.. i bought millie some new bones.. big bag of food.. new pink collar, and a comfy doggy pillow to put in her crate... :).. and a lot of food.. and... stuff.. haha
Yesterday i went to 6 flags!! It was a blast!!:) i love 6 flags.. i drove in atlanta.. SCARY stuff!!!! but, i did well;):):):)
I made sweedish pancakes tonight.. hmm.. it was good.. first time making them..so, i didnt make them as well as my mom.. she said it takes a lot of practice.. but.. hey... they were good for the first time!!.... :) (oh yea, its a special kind of pancake, i dont know how to explain it).. but its good! I think im going to go to birmingham this coming weekend.. MAYBE.. it was my moms bday on the 23rd.. and i couldnt make it home.. so, i think ill go see her this weekend:) well, im going to go take a shower.. and go to bed.. im still worn out from 6 flags.. :) (the feet still hurt) =)

well.. lets see.. today i woke up at 11AM.. did my weekly questions... and, went to class.... came home... wrote my paper.. and, now im cooking.. waiting for my food to cool... then, i got to study.. sooo how fun does that sound?
Millie was a bad girl today.. she got in a fight w/ the neighbors cat. She lost her priveledges of going outside without a leash now. She was a bad girl... I think she would have won though. Hahaha.. SHE HATES CATS.. she has a boo-boo on her leg.. poor thing.. and she messed up her fingernails..
Who knows about the state the cat is it.. it ran off... like a pussy.. no pun intended:) hahaha.
Well.. i realized what i pathetic college student i am today. I had to go meet Grant at IHOP so i could borrow some milk for the food im cooking.. Oh god.. being broke.. its a WONDERFUL feeling.
Well, i think my food is ready.. and its calling me name.. sooo time to eat!

Hi yall!! Well, i really am looking foward to summer...Even though i will be taking summer classes, it will be more relaxed!:) yay!!
May 14th is my sisters and matts college graduation.. ahh.. weird... :) then may 23rd is Catherines graduation! YAYYY! finally, we can make steps to her moving in here! im ready for her to come move here!!
Grant bought me a book on Boston Terriers.. so we can begin to train millie.. even though shes pretty much trained!:) woohoo!!
My dads golf partner died on Sunday.. its really sad.. massive heart attack.. on the golf course...
Im watching MTV--- "jessica"... that transexual trying to look like Jennifer lopez.. more jennifer lopez... ahh... well, im gone.. im going to try to do homework:)

Hidie Ho..
As you see.. its currently 3:10 AM... and, i am not yet asleep.. I should be though.. BUUUUT.. im not...
I just got done cleaning, and taking a shower... :) i realized.. while i was cleaning my bathtub.. that i am obsessive complulsive... here is my reasoning: i have 12 bottles of shampoo and conditioner, 6 different types of body wash, 6 different face washes, 3 bubble baths, 2 shaving creams, 2 razors, and 3 loofas... ooook... why do i have all that? i dont know??? hahaa.. i guess i like variety.. I never noticed until it took like 10 minutes to take all of it out of the bathtub so i could clean it!!!!
You know those classes you have, that are SUPPOSED to be easy... and, you find it really hard? yea... psychology... i thought it would be easy.. (even though i heard otherwise)... but, its Definetly the class i am having the worst problems in... I study hard for like all tests.. and make C's.. kinda frusterating...
I think tomorrow night, or tonight.. depending on how you look at it.. im going to go see a movie:) its college night at the movie theater.. so tickets are 5 dollars a peice:) woohoo...:);)
Well, i think im going to try to go to sleep now.. millie (doggy) is looking at me.. like, i am crazy.. and she wants me in bed:) so.. i guess ill go:):)

a week before spring break.. and all my teachers decide to have a test in all my classes.. come on people..
Ok.. i got some MORE bad news last night..... i just feel like its NEVER-ending.. i need a break....
Matter of fact... get this.. im looking foward to going home, and seeing all my friends on spring break..
Mom said she would take me on a shopping spree if i didnt want to go to the beach.. sooooo... it was a hard decision.. but, i decided to go on the shopping spree!!:) i can go to the beach anytime.... but.. can i spend mommy money anytime? umm.. well.. probably.. but, we'll say no:) lol....
Ok.. well, im off to study!!:) im huuuungry.. but, im waiting for my sisters fiance to get off work so we can go to quiznos.... HAHAHAHAHA...ok.. just had a visual of the lil rat commerical for quiznos... oh god.
